General Session: What to know!
Our general session will include approx. 2 hours* of cheerleading skill instruction such as stretching, jumps, tumbling & dance. Athletes will be seperated by skill level during instruction to ensure they are able to work at their own skill level. Some drills will involve all athletes regardless of skill level.
*NOTE: For events with more than 40 athletes in attendance, instructional session may take an additional 30 minutes (2.5 hours total) to account for the larger group.
After the instructional part of the session is completed, an additional hour is reserved for a special Q&A session with Gabi & staff as well as time for everyone to get photos and/or signed memorabilia. Please note that to keep the signing process moving, athletes are asked to only get 1 item signed their first time through the line. If an athlete wants additional items signed, they will need to go through the line again(time permitting). Total time for general session will be 3 to 3.5 hours depending on the size of the group.
Included in the general session is a professional 8" X 10" printed photo signed by Gabi that will be taken at the very beginning of the clinic with your athlete, Gabi & staff. We will begin taking the photos 15 mins prior to the event start time and for the first 10 minutes after the event starts. After that, the photo session will be cut off. Please note that prompt arrival is critical for your child to receive their photo. Late arrivals will NOT receive their printed & signed photo. Photos are printed during the event, signed by Gabi and given to the athletes at the end of the session.
Gabi & the rest of the staff are excited to spend time with each of our attendees and help them to have an awesome experience. Each athlete will have the opportunity to get help/instruction from our staff. Our #1 priority is that everyone attending has a fun time!

COED STUNT Session: What to know!
Our Coed Stunt session will be limited to 30 athletes total. Registration will be cut off once we reach 30 athletes. This session will likely sell out for every event, so make sure to register early.
This session will include approx. 2 hours of coed stunt skill instruction with our collegiate stunt instructors. Athletes will be seperated by skill level during instruction to ensure they are able to work at their own skill level. Some drills will involve all athletes regardless of skill level. Groups of athletes will be no larger than 6 athletes per collegiate stunt instructor. Each athlete will take turns training stunts with our exceptional coed stunting staff. Gabi will also give instruction during this session to the flyers.
At the end of the instructional section, athletes will have a chance to show off what they learned for parents. Once completed, everyone will be able to get photos and/or signed memorabilia. Please note that to keep the signing process moving, athletes are asked to only get 1 item signed their first time through the line. If an athlete wants additional items signed, they will need to go through the line again(time permitting). Total time for Coed Stunt session will be approx. 2 hours.
*NOTE: If anyone would like to attend as a coed base, it is recommended they bring their own flyer to work with. We may have flyers available, but this cannot be guaranteed.
This session DOES NOT include the printed & signed 8" X 10" photo. However, this option can be added during the order process. As noted above for the general session, athletes choosing this option should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the event to take their photo. Also note that the VIP Option IS NOT available for the Coed Stunt session.

VIP Package Info
During the order process, those who are interested will have the option of purchasing the VIP Package. This package includes an event T-Shirt, event Bow, and event Pin, as well as an extra 30 minute meet & greet with Gabi prior to the start of the General Session. This additional VIP ONLY meet & greet will begin 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START TIME OF EACH CLINIC. (ie. if your clinic starts at 10:30 AM, the VIP meet & greet will begin at 9:45 AM). No refunds will be given for late arrival for this special VIP meet & greet.
During this special meet & greet, your athlete will be able to spend some extra time with Gabi prior to the event. They will get extra time to take photos for social media, get memrobilia signed, and spend a few minutes getting to know Gabi prior to the event.
Price of this upgrade is an additional $125 on top of the session fee.
Memorabilia Merchandise Available
Additional memorabilia merchandise such as bows, tumblers, apparel & other items will be available for purchase. Some of these items can be pre-ordered for a discount during the registration process. Pre-orders for merchandise guarantee the opportunity to receive these items. Note that some merchandise may not be available unless you pre-order, therefore it is recommended to take advantage of the pre-order discounts to be guaranteed the merchandise of your choice. If not purchased during the sign-up, items will be first come/first serve at the event. Cash, card or electronic payment (Venmo) will be accepted for orders at the event.
ALL PRE-ORDERED MERCHANDISE MUST BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO THE END OF THE EVENT. UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE WILL BE LEFT AT THE HOST LOCATION. WE ARE UNABLE TO MAIL OUT UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE AND NO REFUNDS FOR UNCLAIMED PRE-ORDERS WILL BE GIVEN.
What to know prior to the event:
Athletes will get some breaks in between instruction and should bring water and a snack to stay hydrated and in case they get hungry. Food and/or drinks may or may not be available for purchase depending on the host location. Therefore, please make sure to bring your own refreshments!
Please make sure to arrive to the selected location at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. Please note that most locations will require a parent to sign a liability waiver before your child is able to participate. Some locations will provide a waiver as part of your confirmation email. Training stations will be open during the event should your child want to work on specific skills with our staff.
Additional Info
This event is open to AGES 5 & UP and ALL SKILL LEVELS. This event is non-refundable with NO EXCEPTIONS. All items billed will appear on your credit card statement as "BMG" or "Butler Media Group". In the event of incorrect billing, please contact our customer service by sending an email to summercheerclinics@gmail.com and include your name, date and order number. Refunds will ONLY be issued for billing errors. Additional add-ons purchased for the clinic are also non refundable.
